Ooh the interior. To be stood in that centre tower. Staring up on a sunny day the thoughts of pilgrims burns through. Spacious inside abd well kept,on our day there was less atmosphere than you might expect but a Full occasion would be something

My Great Great Grandfather William James Matthews was buried in the cemetery here in 1917.
I think he was born in the village in December 1838
He was an agricultural labourer.
I wonder if any local historians know if he had a Headstone?
