Enjoyed the first set of puppy classes, really helped in socialising my puppy. The trainers are great and clearly know their stuff, I saw them work magic with some over energetic puppy's! Only reason for 4 stars is the two women at the check in desk really put me off going back! The comments I overheard were awful and rude regarding some of the classes dogs. I also didnt agree with one of them bringing a small black puppy, locking it in a cage it clearly hadn't gotten used to, and when it cried she shook a box of paper clips in its face whilst shouting at it to be quiet, when it didnt calm down she took it outside and left it to cry. In my opinion you wouldnt crate train a puppy in the middle of a puppy training class where it was clearly anxious. Shame on you.
