This gym is almost complete, but the sauna facility had issues during Covid, and I don't think they have plans to reinstate it. However, the gym equipment is top-notch and very spacious. You can't beat the old-school gyms. The staff are great and friendly. They have lockers with showers, and they also offer MMA, boxing, etc.

After spending along time looking around for a new gym I finally found this place, cracking gym and a really good friendly atmosphere, all the equipment you'd ever need, good music and also parking is available. The owner steve is a cool friendly guy and made feel welcome. I'm looking forward to training here regularly 🙂

Just a straight forward gym without the unnecessary extras (sauna, steam, jacuzzi, swimming pool).
Gym is well equipped with all the necessary training machinery.
Run by two amazing individuals (Sarah & Steve), who treat you like family.
Always willing to help and share their wealth of bodybuilding knowledge.
Parking is always available.

If you are looking for a place full of modern equipment and trendy people, this gym isn’t for you. If you are looking for a proper old school gym, with people that are willing to advise you on your fitness journey, that won’t look down on you, won’t care what level of fitness you are at, who just want to train, then this is the gym for you.

Steve and Sarah have so much experience between them in the bodybuilding world, the martial arts world and the lifting world, I doubt there isn’t a question that they couldn’t answer.
