It’s always THE BEST riding experience at Stockdale Stables! I feel more than qualified to make this statement, as I began riding here back in 1988, when it first opened & now ride here with my son, who is Autistic. He ADORES his weekly ride & feels really at home here. It’s his absolute favourite part of the week.

The staff are brilliant, explain to him clearly, teach him how to get the most from his pony & help him feel confident and relaxed too.

Everyone is super friendly & really helpful, from the Boss - Gemma, Ruby & Amelia & all the helpers, who rock up every weekend, whether it’s boiling hot or freezing cold & chucking it down.

The horses & ponies are adorable, pampered & cared for in every way possible.

I would never ride anywhere else! ♥️🐴🤎

We had the loveliest time today on a walk round the Walton nature reserve with a group of all ages and abilities! Mums and dads were able walk alongside their kids if they liked. The horses are amazing and the girls who led the lead were incredible! Very friendly, professional and organised... I would highly recommend and we'll be arranging another trek soon!

Our first visit here yesterday. My daughter is 13 & can ride really well. I on the other hand have not rode a horse for 30 years.
The place is well organized and running on time. Very smiley friendly staff. The manager was extremely welcoming and made me feel at ease. Evie is a young woman who works there & was fantastic with myself and my daughter. She was Encouraging and had a very calm approach. The hack was beautiful. No roads. All country. Gorgeous calm horses too.
We had an amazing time.
I would 100% recommend this place.

I've just started back horse riding for the last few weeks and I love it here! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, everyone's so helpful. The horses are gorgeous and I cant wait for my next visit here.

Stockdale's were wonderful. They looked after my 2 grandsons brilliantly this Sunday. It was a birthday treat while they were staying with us for a long weekend. The horses were age appropriate and the care and attention shown by the staff was remarkable.

Just had a fantastic experience this morning. Out on the horses having never been on one before for over an hour. There was no rushing, everything was explained all the way round. Absolutely loved it. Can highly recommend. Brilliant staff and stable hands. Cant stop smiling Xxxx

DO NOT RIDE WITH THESE PEOPLE... HIGHLY IGNORANT AND DISREPECTFUL I WANTED TO RIDE TO OVERCOME GREIF. AND JUST GOT MOCKED AND LAUGHED AT BASICALLY. RUDE

POOR HORSES THATS ALL ILL SAY.
