Preeti was a very joyous and bubbly trainer. Made the session very interactive and engaging. Only thing I would say is perhaps try slowing down or having more time allocated so there is enough time to refresh on everything e.g recovery position practice, felt like the session was slightly rushed after the CPR topic.

Preeti has carried out numerous Paediatric First Aid and First Aid at work courses for our Children's Centre and Early Years Centre Managers and Staff. Every time, with out fail, she is well prepared, professional, extremely knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. The courses are packed with practical examples and practical activities for those on the course. She ensures courses are inclusive and supports all learners, especially quieter ones or those less confident.
