Worst course I have ever done rubbish training centre, I have completed the course and not got my certificate, 8 months ago, and sent numerous emails, made loads of calls to them still to this day I have not received my certificate , they have asked me for my address 3 times, which I gave them at the start of the course,

the tutor first said she didn't receive 8 of my questions I did online , I then screenshot them and sent them to her, she said was not showing on her end. She would sort it because they were having a problem with their IT department , so I waited another 2 months was then told I haven't completed 8 questions, I then explained that the tutor had received them on screenshot message, they then apologised and said we will send your certificate out .
Like I say I'm still waiting till this day .
Don't bother with these people, waste of your time and effort.

If your going to do a course with SCT, Make sure Tracey Hopkins is your tutor! Best tutor I’ve ever met throughout my whole education life. I started my course and within the year I was assigned at least 3 different tutors, I was misguided and completing incorrect work, until I was assigned with Tracy, who helped me, spent time with me and guided me to achieve my best. If it wasn’t for her I’d honestly fail my course. It’s a shame she had to clean up other tutors mess, however she done a remarkable job and I am astonished by her determination and dedication to helping students.

I have recently completed my Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification through the job center with this training provider for 4 weeks.

PROS:

Great tutor
Fantastic environment
Free lunch, coffee and tea

CONS:

Limited resources for learning

Attendance is 2 days a week (can be suitable for certain individuals) but all work must be completed at home.

Training provider does not provide printing off your work or provide a copy of the PowerPoint presentation.

The course can be very time consuming, stressful and will put you under a lot of pressure in order to meet the requirements of the awarding body.

Overall, my tutor Reena was very helpful and supportive, she Is the best tutor I have come across throughout my time going to courses refered by the job center. However the training provider should at least be able to provide free printing to individuals in specifically to those who are on welfare. It cost me £8 to print off all my work required for the assignments at my local library. If you are looking to complete your qualification as soon as possible and are able to manage time as well as work under pressure and can handle the stress then I recommend Sutton Coldfield Training.
