I've visited Dave at Swallow the Anchor for a few weeks now and I'm really glad I chose him. He motivates and pushes you and I feel like I am getting a good workout every time I visit. Dave has been my PT for three years now , it's been a journey but the results are worth it . Each workout was and still is tailored to me , loads of equipment to use / try out and a programme to get you on continuous improvement . If you want motivation and results , a good place to work out , and 1-2-1 support on all aspects of your fitness and nutrition , Dave is the PT you need .
