Our little boy has been with Angela's Swim School since he was 4 months old, with Millie in Gravesend. The classes are brilliant, they go at a great pace for the kids age and are always adaptable on the day to how the kids are feeling. Really recommend them! Our boy has come on so much in confidence and general enjoyment in the water since having lessons.

My grandaughter has parent & child lessons at Cecil Road on Saturdays. She loves them and her teacher is very good with her and all the little ones she teaches. My grandson had lessons at Cobham Hall and again did really well and the teachers there are also very good. Highly recommend Angela’s Swim School and their teaching methods.

Be ware if you put your child with Angela's Swim School - like the review below, I can't comment anything bad on the instructors - they are lovely with the children and get the shorthand of the stick because of the company they work for. There is no number to contact them because they would be inundated with upset and angry parents everyday - I paid for two terms over one year and the first term was a complete right off as every week after the first 3 sessions were cancelled due to 'pool conditions' and we were always informed on the day of the swimming lessons only a few hours before. After that we were moved to another venue which suited our schedule(after many emails back and forth). The first term went okay, so I decided to pay again for the second term(payments are quite steep - I don't think they're aware of the cost of living crisis and do not accept payment plans and want money a couple of months before the term and full payments). However the second term was atrocious, instructors missed many lessons which were then covered by other instructors who had no clue how far along my kid was and my kid wasn't super fond of brand new people turning up every other week. Swimming is a life skill and it requires consistency and trust - which you will not always receive here. Last note - if you want to receive badges to encourage and make your kid proud of their progress, be ready to pay for these badges.

My daughter has been going to this swim school for about a year and the individual teachers are lovely and brilliant but as a company it has been rubbish. There have been a number of cancelled sessions which we have been given late notice for. The last five weeks have been cancelled which has been out the hands of the swim school but they refused to offer a refund for the weeks we missed. They offered alternate dates at alternate venues but these didn't suit us as a family and they still refused to refund the missed weeks. You don't really get kept informed about the progress of your child's swimming and you are unable to watch the children swim. I will be looking for another swim school.
