I completed the Microsoft PowerPoint Introduction course on August 28th 2024. Now I have a decent knowledge of PowerPoint, but needed to complete this course in order to get to do the advanced course. Having said that I still learnt a lot on this course. The trainer, I think was Tracy as she signed the certificate, was amazing and patient with the various levels of ability and at no time made anyone feel left out of they were struggling to understand. the course was engaging and fun with ample time to complete the tasks. I would definitely do another course with TCS training.

I learnt a lot from the Microsoft Excel Intermediate session, it was the best training I have been on in a long time. All content covered and tips and tricks are useful. Our trainer, Emma, was fun, and engaging; she made what could be classed as a boring topic, to be fun and interesting. Explanations and demonstrations were easy to follow, the course was structured well, kept to timings and the pace of the teaching flowed nicely. The resources provided are great to refer to and I like that support is offered after the course too. It was enjoyable and I learnt a lot from the day.

I attended MS Excel induction course on 15th Aug 2024. It was an all day session, so as you can imagine, I thought it would be a long day. However, the exact opposite was true. We covered lots of really useful stuff and it was so relevant too. As the day went on, I was becoming more and more enthused and my confidence grew and I was enjoying myself. I think this was mainly due to the Trainer - Tracy, shew was really enthusiastic and Knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to the next course! Thank you!

My course was booked at the start of lock-down and instead of cancelling and re-booking, we agreed to give online tuition a go (with the proviso if it didn't work that I could re-book the course for a later date). I was actually unsure how or even if this would work, but I have to say, it was brilliant. I had complete one to one tuition with Tracy, who is by far the best and most professional trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with, she is just such a lovely person to spend time online with. Tracy is highly experienced, extremely professional and most of all...very patient! it was almost as if she was sitting beside me, helping me to work through and understand every module of the course. Really highly recommended TCS training, our company will always go back there if any more Microsoft Training is needed

a great day spent with Emma from TCS Training, learning the full capability of Office 365 and using forms, planner and to do. excellent training, lots of helpful hints and tips and flexible approach to ensure everyone was able to practice and learn at a pace to suit them.

I would like to thank-you and your company for the excellent training I received yesterday, the course was extremely informative and one of the best run and presented I have ever been on.

The venue in the New Forest was excellent.

The trainer Tracy Sharp was knowledgeable and the training went at a pace that was easy to follow but kept on time.

I was provided with a personalised training manual and CD rom to take away and I also have access to training support on the subject via e-mail for life.

Refreshments and lunch were excellent and I achieved what I went for a working knowledge of Excel 2010.

Well done... Tracy.
