Every time I go into teachers tools, I leave after spending way too much money in there! If you are a teacher, you have to go to this place. It has everything you need to set up your classroom.

Also, their staff is absolutely incredible. They are extremely knowledgeable about the location of everything in the store, and are always willing to help with any questions that you may have. I don't know what kind of training program they have there, but it's fantastic!

I'm also thankful that they offer laminating at excellent prices.

EDIT: I went back in there after being away for about 8 months. I am happy to say that the staff is still fantastic, and my eight year old loved going in there because of all of the educational toys. Now, if I could just figure out how to get out of there with her without spending 20 bucks, that would be great.

I love it here! They have just about everything a teacher might need. I work in Plano, so it's hard to make it there before they close, but the staff are always nice, even when I'm trying to dash in and out right before closing.

First-time visit around 2p on Thurs, not busy at all. The worker greeted me promptly & then helped me gather all the materials I'd come in for. I didn't have a whole lot of time to shop around, so I can't speak to their store's entire inventory.

There's a great selection of decorations and tools for teachers! I always thought there should be a place like this. Everything is so colorful and nicely arranged ?. The employees are nice and friendly. A must go place for all teachers!

This place is an amazing resource for everything from supplies to clever projects and reading material. My 4 and 7 year old boys loved checking out all of the neat stuff as my wife and I found what we needed. I was surprised to even find out this type of a shop existed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I will definitely return.

This was my first time at the store. They had everything in stock considering it it is so close to the start of the school year and some schools have already started.
The employees were very friendly, polite
and helpful.

They even do lamination which is super cool.

I definitely recommend for my fellow teaching colleagues to go to this particular location.

This was my first time at this location today. I love how it is neat and fully stocked with almost everything I need but here I am voicing my concern about the poor customer service. I had walked around the store at least 2-3 times and not one person asked me if I needed help. Once I actually reached out and asked for help looking for a certain item , she told me she would ask someone and be right back. So 30 minutes later I still didn't see her come back to help me or at least tell me they didn't have what I was looking for. She pasted by me several times, no response and the other employees all sat around the register conversing and again not once asked me if I needed help seeing that I was holding over 10 items in my hands and arms. Incoming customer came in and they were very friendly to and asked them if they needed help looking for something. I am very disappointed because I spend a lot of money at this store but never will I visit this location. I rather drive further to Mckinney or Hurst to get better care. I hope they are able to work on this matter and discuss with the staff how important it is to make sure they provide great customer service.

I ordered some posters for my son to use at home for math. I ordered the posters to the store to pickup. When I walked in I was blown away by the amount of stuff they had in this little building. I spent over an hour browsing things and ended up buying a bunch of really good stuff to help my son with his vocabulary and math. This store is amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful as well.
