I am employed through Teaching Personnel since January 2023. I am very happy about my employer as I got long term positions since the beginning. With their support I was able to secure a new long term position in a school till July 2025. Working as a supply Teaching Assistant with Teaching Personal for the past year has been a pleasure. My consultant, Joshua Lewis has been great at finding me jobs in schools which align with my university schedule. Joshua has been prompt with correspondence and understanding of my schedule throughout my time working at TP. I’ll be going for a sandwich placement year now, however because of the brilliant service offered by Teaching Personnel I will definitely be back to work with them during my final year of university!

I was really impressed by the onboarding process. It was quick, organised and very structured. I attended an interview yesterday with teaching personnel in Uxbridge (my first one in a long time) and I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by two lovely ladies Nicole and Mille. Both ladies were warm in nature, thoughtful in their responses and professionalism was demonstrated throughout the interview process. The agency offer a very flexible approach to work and are happy to work around your requirements. Definitely recommend.

Teaching personnel has been an amazing agency to work with and I would highly recommend them! Georgia has been fantastic and encouraging and has really helped me on my supply teaching journey. Coming from a long career in teaching full time, I took a break after having a baby. I quite hesitantly decided to join an agency and joined teaching personnel as we used to use them for supply's in my previous school. Georgia was my first port of call and she has done wonders! She is encouraging and is always there, ready to help you with all your queries and worries. She found me a local school super fast and it's been brilliant since. I have been with teaching personnel for over ten years as a teaching assistance. I love the way the company listen to you, in order to match your abilities to the schools that you require. so far I have not had any disappointments. Teaching personnel is very active in trying to get you daily work, more importantly, with the right pay. They keep you up to date with current subjects and curriculum required when working in the classroom. when you start your post in a new school, you already know the schools' structure. Honestly, I will strongly recommend them and I have been.

I recently joined teaching Personnel and was referred to by a family friend, she reassured me that I would get all the help and support I needed and jobs would be available straight away.
