Amazing gym. First gym I ever went to and Ted saw how clueless I was and took the time to show me how to use the equipment. He also introduced me to a ton of nice folk to train with until I got the hang of it. Been a regular now for 2 months and Ted has always been friendly. Friendly and kind staff. Massive gym with tons of equipment, 3 floors, boxing bag, showers and sauna. All at an easily affordable price of 13 pounds a week which is an absolute bargain as walk ins are 5 pound. Really tasty protein shakes too.

Top place and not filled with people there not to train and just taking up machines in the gym. A long way for me to travel but worth it as nothing like it in my area. Teds a gent also, which isn't always the case with gym owners, a genuine bloke. Unrivalled equipment in my opinion.

It's like a Tardis, the middle of a row of terraced house walking in is just room after room of weights and benches, all the equipment you need. There is even an upstairs, I never managed to get up there because of the sheer choice! A true hardcore gym.

Great pricing if you pay for a year its only 300, excess amount of equipment and 3 floors of everything you could need at a GYM, ted is very friendly and everyone else has been too.

Staying up north with my work and found Ted gym and what a fantastic gym it is, it is a massive gym but only looks small from the outside dont be fooled has everything you need and more, frendly staff and members and good price to train and fluids, I know if I am ever up this way again I will pop in
