My daughter can be shy when I'm not around so to help her grow the confidence, self esteem and to stand up for herself I have decided to sign her up for the karate classes
I found the TGA group online, the first time we came Mr Glasheen allow us to stay with her and watch the karate lesson . It has been nearly a year now and she is much more confident, happier and more focus in school. Her fitness level has improved. The teaching has been excellent and supportive to enable my daughter to learn many cool karate moves . As a result she has achieved several belts in a short space of time which gives her a real sense of achievement as she moves up a grade and I'm very proud of her.
TGA is a very friendly and welcoming place. The teachers are all wonderful and supportive ,miss Powell, miss Rogers, coach Noah- they welcome kids with a smile, lessons are fun too.
It’s like a family atmosphere , which really help when the kids are young. The group is very well managed by Mr Glasheen, he's very professional and strict, teaching kids discipline and respect.
The lessons are punctual, the place is spotlessly clean. You can tell how much hard work and love been put in to the school.
In TGA there are different types of martial arts classes also street dancing, from little kids - to adults - everyone can find something for themselves.
I can honestly say that this is one of the best thing I have ever invested in for my daughter..

What an amazing group my little boy has joined. He's only been at TGA for 6 weeks and loves it so much, he loves coming home telling us what he has done, what he has learnt and I only see him going above and beyond whilst being at TGA. He is super excited about his belt grading after only being there 6 weeks! We are so proud of him and have seen a real change in his attitude to learning, listening at home just all round. This class makes our boy feel safe and confident and he has been smiling ear to ear ever since joining. Best choice we made bringing him here and what an amazing Team. Luka started at TGA on his 4th birthday. As parents we were concerned how he would adapt being so young. Over the past year he has been through a number of gradings and absolutely loves going. Communication has been great if we have needed anything.

Superb facility.

From day one Mr Glasheen has been immensely welcoming and the whole team and members have been a pleasure to train with. TGA is open for all abilities and I have been very appreciative of the bedding in process. Everything is controlled and safe with no pressure.

My son has been attending TGA for 5 years now, he enjoys attending each week, he's working towards achieving his next belt with the expert help from his instructors that are an asset to TGA, they completely support all students throughout their TGA journey, if your looking for supportive & dedicated tutors weather that being for teaching your child discipline, fitness or self defence then TGA is for you. My daughter also joined over a year ago as she could see how much her brother enjoyed it 🙂 excellent place TGA
