Therefore it is essential for any business owner to assess their workplace for health and safety risks and determine what first aid arrangements are appropriate for their business.
Janice has been assisting us at Inca Caring Accounting with First Aid courses for some time enabling us to be position of having qualified first aider's within our team to ensure that if any of the team were to have an accident at work they will receive immediate care and attention.
In Janice we have found a trainer who is engaging, fun yet still able to cover the serious elements of the subject and left our team feeling confident in their ability to carry out first aid should the need arise.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Janice to any of our contacts who are looking for someone to run a first aid course that will both train their team to a high level and allow them to be confident in an area that can be daunting to many.

I am so pleased that I have been on Janice's courses as I now feel that I would have the confidence to step in and help in an emergency without worrying about getting it wrong. As a Mum I often wouldn't have the option of waiting to see if someone else could help.
