Over 12 years ago my son who is now a graduate attended The After school Learning centre and I was highly impressed at the teaching and how he improved in maths within a couple of weeks. The Director, Vassos and his teachers are very experienced and help students tailored to their needs. I recently returned for my Daughter in Yr 5 to attend lessons and same quality of teaching and dedication to learning for students as I previously experienced. You instantly get feedback of how your child is getting on after lessons, which is great. My daughter is more confidence in her subject since she started and enjoys attending. My son has been having English language and literature GCSE preparation tutoring since January.

This is a brilliant learning/tuition centre! My child has been here since year 5 and has seen improvements in Maths, English and Verbal Reasoning and especially has improved their self learning capabilities. The teachers are second to none, and sometimes spend that extra bit of time with the individual child to make sure all gaps are covered. They do not work with any computers or technology, focussing on papers and pens/pencils only which is important. The people that run the centre are very nice people and understand the children's and parents need at an individual level where they have helped us build out our child's path for learning. Result: My child's KS2 results came out amazing with high marks :). May this continue. Thank you OLC!

The Leaning Centre has been a fantastic support to my child's education - especially with the gaps in his learning due to covid. The lessons are tailored to his academic needs and the tutors provide good working models whereby he can follow and process the information at a pace that moves his learning on. The homework is also bespoke and consolidates the learning for that lesson. First class service.

Over last ten years, both of my children attended The After-School Learning Centre.
First my daughter started attending English lessons and she had such a positive experience resulting in improved skills in English language and later achieving a great GCSE results. We were very impressed with a quality of teaching and professionalism.
Last year, my son started attending English language and Literature GCSE lessons. His work improved and he feels more confident approaching his GCSE exams. He enjoys his lessons and he even wants to do extra sessions during the Easter break!!!
Mr Vassos, his wife and whole team are very professional and nice people. Their help and support is greatly appreciated.
