I went into the air ambulance today in Crouch End around 11:55 a.m. to look inside I'm in a wheelchair at the moment while I recover from ankle surgery. So my niece was pushing me around. I was looking at the DVDs and they had some double knitted wool. Next to it they had a no entry sign but next to the no entry sign they had keyrings a moment or two later the woman that works there she works almost full time she has short hair and medium built. Started to scream and shout on top of her full voice you can't go there excuse me shouldn't be going near that sign. Me and my niece said excuse me to the lady they shouldn't put the keyrings next to the no entry sign. I think it's a bit silly to put them there anyway. The lady says the keyrings are near the till well me and my niece didn't see that they weren't advertised properly. I reckon she's arranged the shop floor now so they are more advertised. The second thing is it was very bad for wheelchair access I couldn't get in there they had a few display units on a angle so it made it very tight for me to have a look and get around. It was better when it was all straight when you could get wheelchairs and buggies in. It seems like it's gone downhill from a couple of months ago when the old manager from Crouch End was there she was a lovely lady and she's now left to go to another branch.

The shop is very dated and full of stuff that is not supposed to be in a charity shop as it is new plastic products they sell themselves. That makes it a bit sad.
