Fantastic working gym my son does Thai boxing,bjj and mma classes he trains 5 days a week and only 8 Years old he lives for this place. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and very Experienced. New beginners are very welcome and taught by the best coaches. Fabulous atmosphere come an see for yourselves how fab this place really is. Very affordable prices for all the family.

If you are looking to train to fight or to keep fit or even just learn a new martial art as a hobbie, then this is the place to be.... with so much going on from Muay Thai kickboxing,Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Pilates and much more....Very professional coaches are on hand to teach and guide you through your journey at The Den. Such a fun, friendly atmosphere where you are always made to feel very welcome. I love the place it has improved my fitness so much. This is a great place to train, I started there just over three months ago doing Muay Thai, BJJ and MMA. Everyone has been really welcoming and encouraging, all the instructors are awesome and I feel like I've improved loads already. I only wish I could have started training years ago.
