I recently came on the Certificate in Training & Development course with The Development Company after training for 24 years. I wanted a training qualification to go after my name, and to make sure I was up to date. I saw it mainly as credibility and CPD points. What really surprised me was how MUCH I learnt, and was able to take away and put into practice in my training business. It was a fantastic 6 days, Adrian and Kay were great!

The material includes a dvd that gives my delegates an opportunity to participate in a practical meeting environment and take minutes. The scenarios in the dvd are up to date and typical of real life office situations. It is a fantastic resource, that I use to produce excellent results.
