As a parent, I found the way that the Upper school team deal with individual student's issues very poor, they seem to have one policy for every single case when clearly personal matters should be dealt with on a case-by case basis. I have found that interference from the school has indefinitely made problems worse, rather than helping in any way at all. When I enrolled my children in the school, I hoped for an outstanding school and an excellent establishment to entrust with the safety and happiness of my children during their time there but was thoroughly disgusted by the way issues such as bullying were handled. The Upper school team should have been teaching long enough to know that each student is an individual and should be treated as such, not forced to conform with the approved methods for their different issues.
