I first had contact with Ashley Myer in 2016 when I attended his training session in EFT. In continuing to develop as a practitioner I have also been in supervision sessions with him and have also seen him privately to deal with a particularly difficult personal issue. In all these settings I have found him to be warm, engaging, supportive and more than excellent in his understanding of EFT and its practice. In seeing him privately I felt emotionally 'held' by him which enabled me to face feelings which weren't comfortable but which through the tapping, and his skill, lost their intensity - allowing me no longer to be affected by the painful memories.
