I attended a refresher course for the counterbalance fork lift.
From the very first minute I met Mr Mercer, I was made to feel very welcome.
I was a little nervous but he put me at ease with his friendly and polite manner.
He pointed out a few bad habits that I had developed since my last training course and with his help and guidance I was operating the truck like a true professional.
I can't praise this instructor enough and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs fork lift training.
I know my company will benefit from the training I received.

Just completed a Novice Course. My instructor, RUE was excellent. He was very patient and totally professional. Safety was his number 1 priority. His encouragement was endless. I would highly recommend this Company and can not thank RUE enough. He has the patience of a Saint !!

Thoroughly enjoyable experience. I conducted the counter balance novice training. Training was set a perfect pace and taught step by step, i.e not too slow where you get bored and not too fast so that you are overwhelmed. Lots of practical time on the forklift after theory was covered. Mariusz is a really credit to this company, fantastic instructor giving examples throughout through his personal experience. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed my training. I learn so much for the few days training on the forklift. Marius, my instructor very professional, intelligent guy, helpful and patient. Also they have coffee and tea. Amazing service and highly recommended!

I just had my refresher passed there , the instructor was such a nice person and calm and very patiently, well organised, well spoken person, very knowledgeable, he has make me feel very Comfortable the whole time , I would highly recommend this Company , what marked me it was that his number one priority was safety , I can’t thank him enough for the experience he gave me .
