Fantastic little coffee shop out of the way with a great outdoor seating area with a lovely view. Inside a very clean and quirky seating area, with a child's area for them to entertain themselves.
We stopped off here as it's dog-friendly and with great food and cakes. The full English breakfast was lovely and so was the veggie. Lattes were both very nice also. A great little place to go 😁👍🏻

Very cool vibe! Went in for breakfast with my wife and to try their coffee that looked amazing on instagram (and I don't even like coffee)!
Very friendly team, cool vibe, virtually no wait, I was amazed by the scrambled eggs, very cool!
But the sausage roll was a hit for me! Amazing!!!
Great cake selection also!!
Keep it up, guys, next time I need to try the Aussie toasties!

Great food - home made cakes and the best avocado on toast I’ve ever had whilst dining out - fresh slices!!!
Friendly and efficient staff who bring your food and drink to your table - and clear away all the dirty dishes, every time.
There’s step free access and close parking and dogs are allowed and catered for.
An area off to the side contains toys for young children.
Great for a catch up with friends.

I was at Gnawty bites this morning. It's one of our favourite cafés. We had avocado on toast and the chicken bun special. Both were delicious but also plentiful! We definitely fed well! The coffees and cakes are some of the best in the area and it's great that they are supporting excellent companies like grain culture, who sell (imo) some of the best bread in Cambs. The staff are excellent too!!

The Grey House was a lovely find, nestled in a fantastic location with delightful coffee and scrumptious cake. Yes, it may be a tad pricey, but it's definitely worth a visit! The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed, and the staff were great and very friendly as we're the locals.

Really lovely dog friendly cosy café with unexpected fun decor, good background music, stunning cake selection and tasty menu items. I had an original jaffle (a cheese toastie) that's served with salted pretzels, and a chai latté. Also had a banana chocolate biscoff muffin - a delight!

While cycling to the cafe, I could not imagine it would be worth passing Tom's Cakes in St Ives. I was wrong, it was worth it.
Although it was the middle of winter and the outside area was out of use, in summer, it would be lovely as it overlooks a nice lake.
Inside I was greeted nicely and a great display of vittles was laid out. My order was taken quickly. Inside there was a smart but slightly rustic vibe. My food, an almond 🥐 and a sausage roll were delivered in good time as was my café latte. All were excellent.
The prices were a little high, but not excessively given the quality. I will certainly return.
May 2023 - more great vittles. The Cinnamon bun was particularly lovely, 11/10.
July 2023, still great.
May 2024, still great.

I love this cafe, it’s such a hidden gem! Not only is the food gorgeous, particularly the sweet treats like the Guinness cake and pastries! But it’s just a really relaxed and welcoming place for children too. The little kids area is great with the abundance of toys and activities for them. It’s a real joy being able to have a coffee and cake with friends while your little ones are busy having lots of fun in the play area just next to your table.
