The gym allows me to check when it is quieter by using the App. I love this as I can feel self conscious with too many people in the gym. The music is motivational and encouraging. The gym is clean, bright and available at a great monthly price, making it extremely budget friendly. Showers and facilities available and anyone with a disability can be catered for as there is ease of entry and a lift to the 1st floor

Lovely, clean and tidy gym. Felt comfortable coming in and meeting my daughter (Emily Worrall) for a PT session made the transition into the gym that little bit easier. Would highly recommend the gym and to get booked in for a PT session if you are a little worried when first getting into the gym!

Great gym with brilliant facilities. All the staff are really lovely, welcoming & happy to help. The classes are a personal favourite for me & there are a range to choose from at different times in the day throughout the week.

It is a very good environment to work out in with very good conditions. Also, the atmosphere is always good along with the people inside the gym. Finally it’s so good being a 24/7 gym cause I don’t have to fit it into my day I can just go whenever I feel like.

Great gym with accessible opening times, equipment and staff. The app helps a lot to check business and group sessions. Does a lot for charity and local community too which is nice to see.
Only issue I noticed is on the hip abductor machine the weights are wrong, with 20lbs at the bottom 😅

Update - this sticker has been changed to 93kg but still does not fix the fact the upper weight stickers are wrong 🤦‍♀️

Trained at The Gym Group in Wolverhampton, Manchester and now The Gym Group Barrow-in-Furness and have not been disappointed Ever. I train here about 5-6 times a week. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by a team of Professional Personal Trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. Clean and Well Kept, High Quality and Best Equipment, Easy Parking, Great Location, Friendly Staff, Diverse Group Classes, People are nice to one another.
The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome. It’s a life changing gym experience and I recommend it highly to all my fiends and family.
