The Gym Project

Highly recommend joining The Gym Project. One of the best gym's for a motivated community. A wide variety of different training classes to meet people. Great range of equipment. Staff always very friendly.

A very welcoming gym with helpful and friendly staff and tons of equipment. For me, in my 70s, I don't feel out of place as there are people of all ages and abilities participating in all kinds of activities. As well as using some of the standard gym equipment I'm also looking forward to joining in a couple of the classes very soon. Very good value for money.

The gym project is an excellent gym, well suited for all abilities, I feel they have the most space out of all gyms in the area and people are always super spread out! To top it off, staff are friendly and helpful. Particularly Annie who helped me sort my membership queries. Thank you :)

The Gym Project is an extremely welcoming place, with a great community feel and warm, welcoming staff. The team are passionate and actually interested in your health and fitness goals and helping you achieve them. They put on lots of events for the community helping to raise money for important worthwhile charities as well as fun events to meet people and make friends. They have varied classes and equipment to suit all needs, whether you just want to get your head down and smash out a solo session or take part in a high energy group workout for that team, social feel. Highly recommend.

Normally I don’t post bad reviews and this gym has nothing wrong with it I just honestly think paying somewhere for session £12 is robbery. There are gyms in uk where you train for that money whole month. I paid less in iconic gyms in London less than that which are bigger with many floors and bigger choices. Don’t get me wrong this gym has everything you need to train with. Great cross fit area too. Just the price put me off a lot.

I never thought a full size gym could be so welcoming. All of the trainers are encouraging and have your wellbeing at heart. I was use to 1 to 1 training sessions, so to find a gym with the same ethos as my previous trainer is fantastic. Also all of the clients are friendly and praises each other's efforts. All abilities are welcomed at the Gym Project, so no matter your size, age or levels of fitness, I would high recommend the Gym Project.

Friendly staff who have always taken their time to create personalised training programmes which match my lifestyle. New and well maintained equipment and a clean, fresh feeling space. Regular and varied classes are all included in membership. I'm not a "gym-head" but going to the Gym Project is something I look forward to rather than a chore. Great combo of community/social atmosphere and personal fitness professionalism. Don't get me wrong - if you want to go and not talk to anyone and just work out - you can do that too!
