Frankie was lovely, very easy to talk to, she listened to what I wanted, consulted me on the best way to achieve my hair goals, and gave me advice for home care too. Overall Susan was great and gave me great tips on how to style my curly hair. The salon is nice, staff are friendly but customer service could be better.

I had booked an appointment online, and on the day I was phoned to say they needed to rearrange me. The receptionist wanted to rearrange my 4pm appointment to 8am in a few days time..

She then offers 10am (much more convenient) to which I say yes that would be great, but she puts me on hold to go check with the hairdresser. She comes back and says “actually can you do 8am that day?”
I queried why as she had just offered 10am, her response was “because that would be more convenient for the hairdresser”.

Like c’mon, you are rearranging my appointment which is already inconvenient. My appointment was changed and I was given a senior stylist instead (not what I had booked) so I clarified that this wouldn’t be at an extra cost to me which she said no. However, when I did come for my appointment, they tried to charge me the rate for a senior stylist.

It was lovely to meet Nicola. She was very friendly. I was really grateful that she listened to me and helped me achieve the look I was hoping for. I'll certainly look forward to seeing her again, in the new year.
On the whole, I had a great first experience at the salon. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, professional staff throughout and quality service. 5 stars.

A first visit to a new hairdressers can be intimidating - but not today:-) Jess was brilliant at working out what I wanted from my colour and I love the result. We also had lots of fine chat. Lola gave me a great cut and finish - and a particularly good head massage. I will definitely be coming back!

Booked with Pam today for the first time after having had the same hairdresser for 10 years, I think she was as apprehensive as I was but put me at ease & made me feel really relaxed. She took the time to listen to what I wanted & then told me what she was going to do. Really happy with it, lovely cut & love the colour thank you ?

This was my first visit to the Salon and Frankie did a lovely job with my hair which really needed tidying up. She really listened to me and what I wanted and I love that she gave me a beach wave when she dried my hair; really suited me. I'll need to figure out how to do it myself! Thanks Frankie 🙂

I’m very nervous about trying a new salon since moving back from NL I went to Susan got great advice and a wonderful cut that really suits me and j in was made to feel relaxed and confident that what I was getting was right for me THANK YOU SUSAN 10/10 looking forward to my eyebrows X
