Knowledgeable and helpful staff, great opportunity to achieve IT qualifications without having to pay. Self-paced, with a workbook, so you can make it challenging for yourself by setting own goals and attending more often. So pleased a friend recommended it to me. And if you need a pick-me-up coffee, there are lots of choices around for a quick break. The only downside is that learners can get a bit noisy, forgetting that others need more peace and quiet to concentrate.

Staff is helpful and competent, it is a busy place it it most of times full and "it is a friendly space it is not a library", so if you expect it to be ....well low volume it is not, people may decide to do everything but study so bring some music for study for you might need it(maybe not in the evening hours) disabled toilet available, small table for taking a 5min break inside, Saturdays mornings available and mid week evenings for workers?. Awesome books from CIA trainings for any sort of tricky things can ask the staff to point you in the right direction.

So good to deal with real human beings, to book sessions, learn and be supported - at one's own pace; never made to feel stupid, patience and encouragement shown that is unique. Teens to 80+ year olds attend and are treated with same respect. This is a special resource for Bedford.
