Having travelled here today from Portsmouth thinking this would be a lovely treat for our two children aged four and one found the floor of the changing room was revolting covered in grime, the entire changing room smelling off urine and other stuff. After looking at the other reviews I can clearly see this leisure centre will not be changing their ways which is sad to say because I feel it has true potential. When walking from the changing rooms into the pool area, you walk through a small foot cleaning section which looks like someone has rubbed mud all over the walls and again smells horrendous. I understand when working with any form of metal and water rust is inevitable however, given it's in the eye of the public swimming and in a small child section rust should not be visible, let alone seeping into the water. All this to say walking into the front of the leisure centre. We had high hopes unfortunately it was let down by the facilities. Even all of the water features weren't on for very long. If on at all the slide didn't actually get opened well over halfway through the session and when it did the vortex was closed. All in all one star feels very generous.
