Cannot thank Ben @ the Link enough. From starting my own business and almost qualifying my first official apprentice, Ben has not only coached myself as a leader but demonstrated that such a vigorous industry doesn’t need to be so scary! If anyone is considering getting into the barbering/hair industry then this is definitely the place to kick start your career. Had I not have had my own salon I’d most certainly be taking a chair at the Link! The team cannot do enough. Fantastic support network available with a professional outlook on everything they do. The main plus being they actually listen to your needs and adjust the program as such to build your strengths yet also build on areas of improvement. Cannot ask for much more! Thank you Ben and the team.

Level 5 Operational/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship

I recently completed a Level 5 Operational/Departmental Manager Apprenticeship through the Link Academy and I can not thank them enough for all their help and support throughout my apprenticeship. I especially want to say a big thank you to Ben who was my tutor throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Ben and he always took the time to listen and address any queries or concerns I had. I felt fully supported throughout my apprenticeship and feel completing this apprenticeship gave me the skills, knowledge and behaviours to succeed in the management role I am completing today as well as the opportunity for future learning opportunities.

Just completed my Level 3 ILM team leader supervisory and passed with a Distinction thanks to Ben who supported me through out the program and was able to support me through the difficult Covid period and number of unexpected job changes which wasn't planned. Ben was always there to help and support and was able to adapt things to support my learning style and made learning enjoyable i was able to relate the content to my work place and have gained my new skills/techniques to use in my workplace I can not thank Ben and The Link training academy enough and would recommend to anyone wanting to broaden the skills and knowledge.
