My husband and I spent 4 nights at The Pelham. Everything from the minute we entered was wonderful. Our King suite was absolutely stunning. The hotel is half a block from the train station, surrounded by lots of little shops and restaurants. |We had a wonderful breakfast each morning .|The service from the front door to the room service was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pelham and would definitely recommend to everyone.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with any request, and they made both check-in & check-out smooth. The room was extremely clean and well made. The views and location of the hotel were fantastic for exploring the city. The breakfast provided was delicious and would absolutely recommend choosing to eat there before starting your day.

Final review of The Pelham Hotel

I’m currently staying in another five-star hotel in Knightsbridge, and now I can clearly see just how far The Pelham falls short. It felt more like a glorified youth hostel than a luxury hotel.

The place needs serious changes to deserve a five-star rating. It is not pet friendly, despite claiming to be. The food is diabolical, the service is inconsistent at best, and the sound of the underground running beneath the hotel is relentless and exhausting.

Worst of all, the management—particularly Ryan Dunlop—was manipulative and took no real responsibility for the appalling behaviour of his team. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a hotel, and I genuinely regret spending so much money there.

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We had a one night stay at the Pelham which we really enjoyed.|We were able to leave our bags before we checked in and when we did check in they were ready in our room.|The staff were very attentive and helpful and always greeted us with a smile which made a a big difference to our experience.|Gabriel the concierge was very helpful and attentive and got us a taxi very quickly when we asked. ||The room was lovely, very clean and the decor was classy and tastefully done. |We had a very comfortable and easy stay. |Very close to the South Kensington tube and so easy access for travel

The Pelham is my favorite hotel in London. Each room is unique, beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. The staff is wonderful, warm and welcoming. It's located directly across the street from the South Kensington Underground station, which makes getting around town extremely easy.

Cute boutique hotel with hospitable and friendly staff! Greeted by Gabriel who helped us with our bags, showed us the room, and made reservations for us. ||The breakfast in the mornings was lovely and the service was great. Great location across from the Underground Station, coffee shops, gelato, and nice restaurants!

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay at the Pelham. Location directly across from the tube and surrounding cafes and restaurants, everything was nearby. Staff were excellent, restaurant service and food was great. Shout out to Joseph, but really must say all the staff were excellent

The staff provided amazing service. I felt welcomed the minute I arrived. The location is wonderful, a few feet from the metro with access to Circle, District & Piccadilly lines. It’s a classic beauty and the breakfast is outstanding. I can’t wait to stay there again.
