The Program has really helped me to progress in my fitness journey. My general fitness, mobility and strength have all improved and the two coaches have always been on hand to provide advice if I've needed help with something. It only takes around an hour to complete the session which means you don't have to spend hours in the gym too.

The team at The Program Training have done wanders for my fitness. Allowing me to gain confidence and add routine to what has been a hectic and unpredictable year. I have had ups and downs when training, but their support and advice is always on hand and I have never been left waiting for an answer when I have had questions.

Such a great CrossFit program for all levels. I have been with them for about a year now, I have improved in so many areas within CrossFit, seen my 1RMs go up massively, my CV engine as improved so much, and my technique with some of the RX technical moves has improved greatly! They offer multiple 1 off purchase programs which I have got a few myself now to improve specific skill sets. I would recommend this, especially during this current pandemic as they provide home workouts for limited equipment.

I’ve been following The Program for a couple of years. They coaches have always strived on making you feel welcome, be a better you and always available to answer questions or concerns you have.

They’ve expanded over the years bringing in more coaches and a nutritionist.

Recently during lockdown they have always been on hand to personalise programs around what equipment you have.

Joining the program will help you mentally and physically and you join a team of athletes all like minded who want to be better people. I couldn’t recommend a better program.
