The Puppy Trainer

We have just finished an amazing 5 weeks with Sarah and our 11 week old puppy Poppy. Sarah is absolutely amazing and has such extensive knowledge in different training ways tailored to your dog. Poppy is now 16 weeks and has grown so much in confidence and we as owners feel as though we understand her needs and have learnt so much! Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Sarah!

We have just completed the puppy training course with Sarah, what a brilliant time our little pup has had. She went from hiding behind a chair the first week to being super confident, and made friends with all the pups in her class. It has been great socialisation for her and Sarah is a wonderful trainer who is full of knowledge and great training advice. We have already booked on to the next course and can’t wait to start!

5* all round! The best thing we did was find Sarah and bring our pup to help with everything from training, bonding, socialising properly and learning how to behave in public. Sarah is just an amazing trainer, she listens to us, check we're getting on ok at home as well in class, always replies if I have any questions outside of class and 100% knows her stuff. Teddy absolutely loves the sessions as do we! So much so, we've booked onto the next class and feel we will book onto the next again and again! Definitely recommend her, just brilliant! ?

We’ve just completed the 5 week puppy foundation course with our 5 month old Cockapoo, Parker. Parker was attacked by another dog which lead to him being very nervous around other dogs and humans. So I looked up some training tips online, they wasn’t working and I was deflated that I couldn’t find a way to help him…but then I found Sarah! From the beginning she was amazing and knew exactly what to do, giving us the advice, tools and confidence to help Parker. The difference from week 1 where he was a terrified nervous wreck barking at everything that moved to the much more confident, calm and more importantly happy puppy we have now in just 5 weeks is amazing! The small groups allow Sarah to get to know what each dog needs individually and how emotional she got at Parker’s graduation (where she actually got lots of cuddles from him!) shows it’s not just a business to her! Already signed up to the advanced course and can’t wait ? Thanks so much Sarah

We took our puppy to the puppy class more than a year ago and the training and tips were invaluable in helping us manage and train our new puppy. Now our puppy is almost 2 years old and we have returned for some more of Sarah’s magic training and are now working towards our silver award. Sarah is great, very experienced and always calm and encouraging. It’s been really useful to have her show us how to get good dog behaviour so we know our dog is controlled and safe. We’ve made new friends at the classes and importantly our dog loves going. I would highly recommend Sarah the Puppy Trainer!

I’ve attended Sarah’s classes with both of my dogs over a number of years and I can’t recommend highly enough. We’ve been to various workshops, training sessions and had 1-2-1s and Sarah’s knowledge and expertise has been amazing. One of my dogs is extremely nervous and Sarah has always been patient, followed my dog’s lead/pace and it has been very emotional to see my little dog gain confidence and trust Sarah. I am truly grateful.

Sarah was wonderful with giving me advice for my dog. She was able to pick up on lots of little behaviours that we could work on, and gave me lots of useful exercises and advice to work on with her. Only a month in, we’re already seeing some huge improvements in her anxious behaviours and she’s a much happier and calmer dog in general. Some of the changes were so easy to implement and some will take longer to get used to, but I’m already sure it’s worth it from the difference I’ve seen in her. Sarah has been so supportive with follow up advice and help too, I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.
