I purchased the bronze D of E course for my son’s skill section, it was well worth the money. The website is a joy to use, many new favourite recipes of ours have been downloaded for the future. The ingredients were easy to source and it was a simple process to send a photo of the meal each week and we looked forward to Chloe’s encouraging feedback. Videos made it a lot easier and engaging for my son to follow and learn new skills and gain confidence in the kitchen.

The DofE cookery course with Chloe was excellent. Well laid out website, great recipes with advice and guidance throughout. My daughter did everything herself and got great feedback from her posted results. Chloe was available every week for questions and advice. All in - great value for money and will be recommending to others!

I highly recommend Chloe and her cookery school! I took a 6 month DofE course online and learnt so many skills from her. She has produced incredibly detailed videos, which make all the difference for someone who wants to pay attention to the fine details of a recipe. On top of this, she offered continual support by email and on video calls, where I was able to share my positive experiences, but also where things didn't turn out quite as planned. She is an absolute expert and also a very approachable person. I guarantee your cooking will step up to a new level if you take one of her excellent courses. Thank you again Chloe!

My two teenage sons worked through the 13 week Level 1 cooking course, following Chloe’s videos and recipes. Each week is a different skill focus with a huge range of recipes to choose from to utilise that skill. I was impressed at the range of recipes available, that were interesting/tasty/very achievable but also challenged them. After cooking we submitted photos of the process and the finished result and received detailed and encouraging feedback each week. The boys grew in confidence, and impressed us with delicious family dinners. My eldest has now moved onto Level 2 - good prep for uni! Thank you Chloe, it has been fun and so useful.

A great variety of recipes and videos that can be accessed on demand. I found this to be incredibly useful as my son had busy weeks where he couldn’t commit to cooking, so this was made up during less demanding weeks. Also, Chloe was very responsive to all the photos submitted giving really encouraging feedback. Highly recommend for DofE.

FANTASTIC COOKERY SCHOOL. My 14 year old son chose to do cookery for his bronze Duke of Edinburgh skill. The Round Table Cookery School was just brilliant. He had a lot of fun with the recipes, learnt loads of skills and there was a great range of meals and bakes to choose from (which we all enjoyed eating). The feedback from Chloe was always very personalised, positive and timely, with really good suggestions of how he could do variations or what to look to do next to develop further. The availability of both printable recipes and online videos was excellent. At the end of the course Chloe provided a really detailed assessor report, a portfolio with the photos of all his meals/bakes and a nice certificate. I really can't rate the course highly enough- it is great value for money and very professional.

My 14 yo son has just completed the Bronze DoE cookery course via The Round Table. I looked at various courses to suggest to him, and while this one was slightly more expensive, I was happy to pay that because of the variety and quality of recipes offered - the meals prepared were for our family dinner so we needed to want to eat them! The meals were indeed very nice, and both my son and I picked up some good tips from Chloe's videos along the way.
Chloe was very responsive and helpful; patient when it took a while for us to get started, and unfailingly positive in response to a 14yo boy's weekly reports on his cooking 🙂

Both our boys (twins) opted for Chloe's cookery course for their Silver DofE skills section. Over 13 weeks the family was spoilt with two family meals each week, one cooked by each boy and every single one of them turned out absolutely tasty! The boys found it easy to follow the step-by-step videos and enjoyed putting shopping lists together and improving their knife skills. We even had the stew for Christmas dinner as it had turned out so delicious before! 5 stars from us! Hopefully our daughter will opt for new cookery skills in a few years when doing her DofE, too!
