I wanted to find somewhere that my daughter and friend could attend and learn some Self Defence. After searching places I came across The Self Defence Academy run by Jack.
Jack was amazing in responding to all questions and after just ONE class my daughter and friend were hooked and really felt part of the group and class. No matter what age,sex or fitness the group is brilliant. Jack does a wonderful job in teaching and making the classes fun for all. Brilliant work.

I thoroughly enjoyed my trial Krav Maga class- the class is great exercise, practical, and definitely boosts one’s endorphins- Jack is a very patient and friendly instructor. I have since applied for membership and look forward to future classes! I would recommend this class to anyone who would like to improve their self defence skills, whilst getting good exercise in a fun and friendly environment!

This is a brilliant class and Jack is an amazing teacher. The lessons are varied and he goes out of his way to engage with all students, regardless of their size and ability. Great for fitness and learning defence techniques you can genuinely use. Krav Maga teaches important life skills, I actually wish I started learning a lot sooner.

We attended a self defence trial class as a family and were pleasantly surprised. Our classmates were so welcoming and friendly and really made us feel a part of the Krav Maga family. Jack, the instructor, was amazing and really attentive. He made us feel at ease and was so patient with us. We really enjoy the classes and Jack is a great teacher. He is patient, affable and knowledgeable. There is also a wonderful sense of camaraderie within our training group and they have made us feel very welcome.
