Best company I've come across in the care industry. You can tell the difference between a profit based company and these guys. They really do care for their clients and go above and beyond to provide person centred care the way it should be done. It's so nice to know that there is a companys that really do care and not just about their clients but their staff too. Can't fault them at all, every one I have met is absolutely lovely. Keep doing what you're doing as you are making a real difference to people's life's.

Avoid this company, there is no caring in their 'care agency'. I had this care agency in Winchester, and they were awful. Whilst one or two of the carers were lovely, on the whole clients were not listened to, supported or cared for properly. Dangerous care practices and bad management. Bullied clients and poorly trained staff.

Allfull way the way staff bullied me when I was under u trust years ago much upset they call them selfs caring support worker load off rubbish 🗑 I was very dissatisfied I am dissabled valuable person the way they treated me years ago not great need to change

Was referred for trauma therapy here and the therapist Viv was swearing and shouting at me over the phone (!!!) made my trauma far worse. Utterly awful, avoid at all times
