I signed up to Three Rs needing a break from the day to day running of a classroom, from day one they were brilliant. They were very supportive and on hand whenever I needed them. I have worked in classes from nursery to year 6 and this has built my confidence to be in the classroom again as well as reigniting my love of teaching. Through supply I have found a school I am very happy to take on a full time role in and without Three Rs I wouldn't have had the opportunity to try so many different schools. I would be more than happy to go back to supply with Three Rs at any point if I needed to and the freedom of supply is a big plus. I had work every day from October to the end of July which was fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend working with Three Rs.
