Tom has been my PT for 5 years now, since I retired. My original goal was to improve my fitness, and with Tom’s help, I achieved that. Having achieved that, my goal was to maintain my fitness, and with Tom’s infectious enthusiasm and motivation, I continue to maintain my fitness at a good level. This is the 2nd time I have been to Tom. Very knowledgeable and right amount of pressure for the weakend mucsles around my soulder dislocation and some great after care aswel. Cannot recommend this guy enough
