I recently completed my course and passed my exam at the first attempt. The course material is very well designed and easy to follow. I payed for my personal licence course through these no support nothing been on assessment bit for 2 days just say field even no I have got the right answer I no 100 percent there right still says field I contacted them contacted Highfield learning no support no help no answer to why my assessment says field doesn't let move on to exam it a scam in my eyes lost out on over £100 no support nothing.

Highly not recommended they using Highfield e-learning check their reviews is just 1 one start it take ages to complete course and there is no review where u make mistake and what is correct answer, when is assessment there is no answer in module all have to check on google for help pointless !!

Did some work for these and just got messed around, cancelled courses lost money, lack of communication. Would not recommend for any services they provide
