Had a great first session this evening. Dan and Rory introduced us to the group so we felt welcome. Then the fun (aka - the hard bit) - the training used lots of equipment in the workout and I felt thoroughly tested to my absolute limits. A great place to train - thank you so much!

By far the best gym in Chelmsford. Every class is extremely well structured and programmed. Sessions are delivered by brilliant instructors, all of whom have first-hand experience in competitive athletic sports and disciplines. All classes offer a challenging workout for the full range of ability levels, from complete newbies looking to get back into fitness, all the way to more conditioned athletes looking to put themselves through their paces for competition preparation. There’s no other gym like it!

These people are extremely inconsiderate. Every morning they have extremely loud music that causes a nuisance to the residents who live next to this place. I have complained multiple times to the council but nothing gets done about it and it shows this outfit have no regard for elderly and vulnerable people living close by.

If you’re going to have loud music then at least sound proof your premises or turn down the bass from your speakers. You would not like it if this were happening in your home!

Outstanding gym! The trainers here are very knowledgeable and make everyone feel welcome. The classes are adapted and varied to suit all levels of fitness. The gym on the whole including its members have a great community. Functional fitness at its best! Fantastic central location too!

A phenomenal gym with passionate, very experienced and active trainers.

The team make you welcome everytime you arrive and get to know you personally very quickly.

They help you taper your sessions to your personal fitness levels but ensure this is backed up with good technique to avoid injuries.

I would highly recommend this as one of the best gyms i have attended. It is functional fitness over weightlifting, a strong focus on fitness class but with strong Olympic lifting training plus a focus on free movement

Easily the best gym I have been a member of. As well as the fantastic training, equipment, coaching and knowledge of all the trainers, Training Space has an incredible community spirit.
Training Space is not just a gym, they go well beyond that, and for anyone who wants to enjoy Training and mixing with a great group of people then you must visit.

Love this gym - I originally signed up for the 7 day free trial and joined as a paid up member the next day (straight after my first Sweat class).

Danny and the team are really welcoming, knowledgeable and are always coming up with new workouts... You never quite know what you might be challenged with when you turn up for a class!

The equipment and music are great and there is a real variety of people that go to train there. This all helps to create a great environment for training.

Joined many gyms in the past, but never felt I have learned anything. Been with Training Space almost 3 months and I absolutely love it. Workouts are different everyday, trainer/owner Danny is super helpful, he always makes time to help you. Music is brilliant, equipment is very new, people that go there are very friendly. There’s no way I can go back to a normal boring gym again!
