I was thoroughly impressed with Training Tale's engaging and interactive approach to learning. Personally, I am very disappointed with my choice to go with Training Tale for my AET. I was heavily delayed in completing and gaining my qualification which has affected my business’ growth and career path. I was also asked to pay extra in order to continue which was no fault of my own as I spent nearly a whole year trying to chase up tutors. When I finally would get a call from a tutor they were always VERY passive aggressive, unhelpful in answering my questions, made me feel as if I am inconveniencing them and quick to get me off the phone. I would be blamed for the delay in recieving my qualifications although they were aware of extenuating circumstances. When I would ask questions I would not get a response for months literally. They are unable to answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner. I am extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and disgusted that these are the kind of individuals that are working within education and I will never recommend them to anyone looking to take a course. I would add the hundreds of emails I have below but honestly I want no more communication from this company as I am very upset with the process of gaining my teaching qualification.

Bought thus course from Reed, it said there was no hidden fees or anything . The course suddenly went up to £189 , then it tried to charge me £169 to submit my assignments!
Phoned them it was a man who answered the phone I couldn't understand, not very professional to be running a education company .
I feel this has been a false advert to lure you in and you end up paying more . I need this qualification to train people and gain my academy status. Not happy at all I either want my certificate where my assignments will be sent by email or my money back

I am very disappointed to say the least as despite submitting my work I have now been waiting 3 months for my certificate. The company is ignoring my emails despite numerous attempts to contact them and when you call them nobody ever answers the calls.

Stay away from them as you won't get your certificate. Time and money wasters.

Course quality is good. The customer service is shocking 48 hours I've tried to speak to some one to get help. I've called, emailed,texted, and even used live chat and not one single reply!

Not very well laid out, hidden cost at end not notified of this at start. I have done better online courses than this one and will not be using again.
