I have just passed my test!!! I started driving in may and i had Kevin as an instructor. Kevin has been a great instructor throughout my learning journey. He has brilliant communication skills and has brilliant techniques to help learners learn to drive. I highly recommend training wheelz to anyone who is thinking of learning to drive. I began re-learning to drive with Kevin after a few failed attempts in the past with other instructors. Kevin immediately put me at ease and quickly understood how I learnt best and how to challenge me. He is kind, patient and has a great sense of humour and we worked together to formulate lesson plans that worked for me. I have now at last learnt to drive at 30 years old, and finally having my driving license has given me the freedom to take my two young children out and finally do the food shop by myself! It's never too late to learn, and if you're in the Honiton area I can wholeheartedly recommend Kevin and Training Wheelz!

I cannot recommend Training Wheelz and Kevin enough. I had some previous learner driver experience but had taken a long time out before starting afresh with Training Wheelz. Kevin was very accommodating with availability around my working hours and his communication was always excellent. Driving did not come naturally to me, but with patience, and Kevin’s consistent and calm instruction, I became more confident, and passed my test first time! I am grateful for the emphasis placed on creating safe driving habits and mentality, over ‘just passing the test’. This has helped my confidence immeasurably as I feel I now have a solid awareness of road safety and driving psychology.

My instructor Jason was great. Was able to fit around my work hours and drop me in on time. Very helpful as well as kind.
He’s teaching my brother aswell who’s doing great, I was able to swap lessons with him when needed.

I have just learnt to drive with Kevin at training wheelz it has been amazing! Kevin is super patient and very understanding but also pushes you and places you outside of your comfort zone to achieve your goals. When I first started learning I felt anxious but now thanks to Kevin I can confidently drive. I would recommend training wheelz to anybody 5*.

Vicky was definitely the best instructor I could have asked for. She was always lovely and helpful, and flexible with lesson changes. I recommend her to everyone I know. I had a great time learning to drive with her, I would not have been able to pass first time without her, thank you Vicky!!

I had the most easy and comfortable time learning with Training Wheelz, passing in less than two months, and having enjoyable lessons every single time. Vicky, my instructor, made me feel at ease throughout all of our lessons and helped me overcome any anxieties or wobbles I had whilst driving. Hugely recommend, lessons booked with ease and always willing to make it fit with you, they are fab!
