Easy to find in the town centre with a large under cover car park attached. Check in was easy with friendly efficient staff. The room was very clean, functional but not large. Overall the hotel was very quiet with no banging of doors etc. There is an in house restaurant but there are also numerous eateries within easy walking distance. Ideal for Gatwick airport and the various park & ride sites.

We went there thrice(twice in April n once in May).|Overall,we had a great stay.|A big thank you to all the staff, especially Eddy,the cook,Rihanna and the Portuguese guy who always welcomed us with his big smile early morning.|Eddy has gone the extra mile to please the customers!Keep it up,Eddy!|Our thanks also go to Mrs Julie for being patient with us!|Crawley Travelodge is walking distance to the town centre.And there are transport facilities to Central London n other places!|Gatwick airport also is very near.|We will definitely come back again when we come to visit Crawley

We deeply thank all staff who have been helpful during all our three stays(April and May),especially Rihanna,Eddy and the Portuguese guy who greeted us early morning with his big smile at the Reception Desk.Hats off to Eddy who has gone the extra mile.|Our thanks go also to Mrs Julie for her patience with us.|Travelodge is a walking distance to the town centre,which is indeed a great facility for us to go to the shops,restaurants etc.|Again loads of thanks to the whole team.We will surely come again next time we visit Crawley.

We booked for an overnight stay before flying from Gatwick. We arrived a bit later than planned but our room was ready and check in was easy with very friendly staff to welcome us. The room.was clean and tidy and had been updated to the new style for the company. It was a good size with a large and very comfortable bed. Tes and coffee facilities in room and most importantly an excellent shower.
Next time we fly from Gatwick we will definately us this hotel again not only for convenience but also at an excellent price.

We stayed here only for one night before our flight from Gatwick. The service was outstanding, with very friendly staff and a warm welcome. If you’re looking for some sleep, somewhere near the airport, it’s your best choice. Accent is on “some” sleep, as the walls are quite thin and you can overhear everything going on in the hallway. As this is a place both for party-goers and early-flight-catchers, there might be quite some noise filtering through (even tho there are plenty of signs asking guests to stay silent).

Have been checked in by Rui on a few occasions now who has always gone above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Nothing was too much bother even with my checkins being in the early hours of the morning||Was nice to see him accompanied by Joanna who was returning to the company and seemed to be enjoying what she was doing

The company I work for put me in this hotel, they have done a number of times now as the Premier Inn was unavailable. Every time they put me in this hotel I groan.||The staff are not the most welcoming. They're ok but clearly don't want to be there and it shows in their customer service.||The breakfast is absolutely awful. I understand that a buffet breakfast usually sucks anyway, but this is the worst! The options are limited and they are not able to make any changes to the breakfast if you have dietary concerns.||Honestly, if I could get my company to put me in any other hotel,.I would. I hate staying here

Spoke to April this morning to check on the welfare of my brother who spent the night there, we'd not been able to make contact with him.
Whilst I appreciate the reluctance to give out information about him (data protection) ~ upon requesting that someone pops up to his room to check if he's OK, we were met with rudeness and then April (and one other in the background being incredibly rude) hung up on us.

As frequent travellers, both for work and pleasure, you have lost yourselves plenty of business from our family.
