Perfect hotel within Canary Wharf! We booked the cosy double as we were only staying one night and wouldn’t be spending much time in the room. We were very pleasantly surprised, the room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Great shower with beautiful Kevin Murphy toiletries! Kettle with tea/coffee. High ceiling so room did not feel small at all, ample storage for a few items of clothing. Will definitely be our go to hotel when we go to the 02.|Staff were really friendly and efficient, lovely feel to the hotel and felt very welcoming.

The hotel is new and has a very modern aesthetic (as all the other TRIBE hotels). We really loved our room, small but functional. It had a very nice view overlooking the canals. The breakfast had quite a nice selection. Would stay again.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, Florence was an absolute star. She checked me in with such warmth and professionalism that I immediately felt at ease. Her attention to detail and genuine care didn’t go unnoticed because she made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was going to be super comfortable and stress-free.

Florence embodies what true hospitality should be and I’m so happy she was the first person I encountered. Friendly, efficient and effortlessly helpful, she’s a credit to the team and a real asset to the hotel. Yes, room was small (no space to open the suitcase other than on top of the bed) BUT the square meters were clearly mentioned at booking, so no surprise!!|Room was clean, bed comfy and there was all we needed - nice coffee & tea, clothes steamer, hairdryer and Kevin Murphy products in the bathroom. No minibar, but the staff at the reception were happy to store my medication which needed to be kept cold.|Breakfast options were plenty, hot and cold food and options to offer from a menu as well. Unlimited Nespresso coffee = good start to the day.|The hotel is perfectly situated if you are going to O2, only one stop on the tube and only short walking distance to the tube. Canary Wharf itself is a really cool area offering so many restaurants and bars, we had a great time exploring. Will come back!

When I booked this hotel 1.5 years ago, the gym was advertised as free. Now it’s £20 per person. I also changed my reservation date directly with the hotel. The app showed no price change, but they still charged me nearly £100 without notice.
When I asked the manager about it, at first I was met with outrage — as if I had no right to question it. Only later came a forced apology. Really? Embarrassing.
Rooms are tiny, with no view. If you enjoy natural light, stay away.
Breakfast looks good, but if you're allergic to milk, the coffee machine only uses cow's milk. Oat milk is only cold or available as paid cappuccino.
Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. For checking in 2 hours early, they charged £10 per hour — even though the room was ready.
Terrible experience. No idea how this hotel has good Google reviews. Avoid it.

great looking hotel. nicely appointed room. the front desk clerk was wonderful. He even said he upgraded our room! the room itself though nicely decorated and still feeling new, was extremely small. so small that I hit my elbow on the shower door while brushing my teeth at the sink! in fact i dont think my wife could sit on the toilet while i brushed my teeth without my ass getting in her face! I'm talking small room. barely enough space to scoot around the bed. speaking of which, the pillows need an upgrade. not a good night sleep at all. But hey, it was £144 for the night. one of the cheaper options in canary wharf. But I still can't help but wonder , if the clerk hadn't upgraded our room what would that experience have been like?!! anyway, won't stay here again.

Stayed here a few times with work. It's a 5 min walk to the London office, very convenient for me- the rooms are very small and mostly look into a courtyard with very little natural light. However, conformable beds and always have a good night's sleep. The AC is decent and the shower whilst compact does the job.

Really nice modern hotel, stayed for 3 days traveling for work. I really liked the room. It was small and the bathroom is small but has a really good size shower and the bed was very comfortable. The nights I stayed the hotel was very quiet at night. I didn't have dinner there any evening but breakfast every morning and it was nice. Had a few drinks in the bar and they had a good selection of cocktails and stuff but only a couple of draught beers.
