I have been using the centre for a long time I.really enjoy the classes in the dance studio with Sarah and others . Loved Lisa’s aqua Zumba class it was energetic and fun. I have only managed to do the class once as it is very popular and always full. It would be great if extra classes could gone out on the schedule particularly on a Wednesday as there is no aqua of any kind on a Wednesday night now .

Lovely leisure centre with great customer service. My little one has been having swimming lessons since August. We first enquired and Dawn signed him up, she was a lovely chatty and friendly lady. My littles ones swimming teacher was Zain initially who honestly is the most kind man. He was like a local celeb to my little boy. Unfortunately due to changing swimming stages and timings, we had to change from Zain which took some months to adjust but we booked with Jackie. Again she’s such a lovely lady, she does come across as ‘strict’ but it’s just tough love as he’s really adjusted to her teaching ways and has come along.
We’ve always found the centre to be very accommodating with any needs we have. The app is also very handy to have too.

My children have had swimming lessons at Tudor Grange for years. Our eldest has predominantly had David S, whilst our youngest has had Lisa or Gill, as they have moved up the groups. David is an excellent swim teacher, who has a great rapport with the children and supports their development in the pool wonderfully. Lisa and Gill reflect this strong, positive relationship too. There have been times when my children don't feel like swimming, but the swim teachers motivate and inspire them to such a degree, that they complete their lesson. Our journey home will often include "David said this.." or "David recommended that..", showing the impact that he is having on our daughter's learning.

Extremely disappointing visit to the gym today.. No Staff in the gym at all, a couple downstairs on reception but didn’t seem to care about the state of the gym, which by the way is DISGUSTING at the moment. All the sanitiser bottles were EMPTY and all the blue roll holders were EMPTY, not to mention the state of the actual gym, I got there when it opened and there is dirt and muddy foot prints on the leg press near the rowers.. I gave 2 spray bottles to a receptionist, he refilled them, put them back, didn’t restock the blue roll and after my workout I asked if they’d been refilled he said he has put them back upstairs, tell me where the logic is of refilling the bottles but leaving no blue roll to wipe down equipment.

It’s clear the staff haven’t been wiping anything down either, honestly appalling and if I have to write another review about this I will add pictures.. please get this under control

I've been a member of Tudor Grange for 5 years now. Love the classes, especially Body Pump, Aqua aerobics and Pilates. The one thing that is really frustrating is that most of the classes are fully booked within seconds of going on the app. Should 100% be more and as a fully paying member very frustrating. I don't do the gym, classes and swimming are my thing. A huge shout out to Paul and Lisa as they are fantastic, as Paul would say your muscles will feel excited the next day. 😀 I believe Lisa is quite new and I've only managed to get on 2 of the 5 classes she does. Again lots of people on wait list. Last but not least the lovely Clare and Annette on front of house. Lovely girls who go above and beyond.

The pool itself is 5*: the changing facilities are 4*. I think the problem is that there are prominent notices asking users to remove outdoor shoes as they enter the changing area, but the transition area is inadequate for school parties. Teachers herd the classes straight to the cubicles. There are "team" changing rooms that could be used for shoes?. Currently returning swimmers drip along the same routes as entering street shod kids.
The staff mop & squeegee the floor regularly & it is important that kids learn to swim so ?
BTW I was pleased to find my swim was free as I am over 75!

My daughter has been attending the tennis class with Bel every week and we're really happy with his coaching. She's progressing really quickly and his manner with the children is absolutely brilliant. We've tried others in the area but none as good as this.

I’ve been training at this centre for years on the track and it’s lovely, there was a commotion on the track with a man being aggressive towards our coaches and i went inside and spoke to two lovely individuals called Eliana and Billy who kindly come down to the track and removed this man as he started to get more aggressive. They dealt with it very professionally and resolved this issue so big thanks to them !!
