I trained at UBX Windsor twice over the Christmas period and I really enjoyed it !! The space is pretty unique and well used for it's size, the music sounds so immersive too which I loved. Coach Hardy was ace to work with - I always know I'm in good hands when they've trained in some form of martial art / boxing themselves. Edi the general manager is a joy to be around, she encouraged me and my brother in law so much through our workout. 💖 You can tell she really cares about this UBX! And of course can't complain with free parking! I highly recommend you try a workout here - as long as you're consistent, employ a good diet and put in the work, you'll see results

This club is an amazing boxing gym with a great vibe! The club looks fantastic, and the coaches are friendly and supportive. Workouts are energetic and engaging, making each session a blast. If you're looking for a place to get fit and have fun, UBX Windsor is the perfect choice!

From the very first contact via Instagram, UBX have been very informative and supportive. I was excited to go for my initial trial session.

I’m used to training CrossFit so it was almost a little daunting going into somewhere new and trying something out of my comfort zone.

Edi the manager was very welcoming and showed me around the facility before being introduced to Coach Sam for my session.

I enjoyed the style of training, I can see that it’s good for all ability’s including people new to fitness whilst also challenging those who have a fitness background.
Sam certainly put me through my paces 😆

First class gym,amazing so much fun & enjoyable & so much knowledge all the coaches have,there is always someone there if you help ir assistant with anything.
Plus always keep clean & tidy that is what you want in a gym,membership is reasonable price not to expensive.

Having recently signed up, this is a great gym in the heart of the community. I often found the commute/traffic to my old gym was half the battle in getting me to go but this is such a great location and I’m there in no time at all. It feels great to be part of something new and the energy and friendliness that the trainers bring is unmatched. There is a lot of attention to detail and the gym is kept nice and clean with brand new equipment. A new workout every time I go challenges & engages me each time. It’s a great concept for those needing a quick and structured workout without having to think (parents/carers/those generally short on time)- just show up and get it done. I now have the confidence to do this without a trainer which opens up more opportunity to get a workout in based on my own schedule. A great gym and community!

Great facility- I find I do more here than at my regular gym! Great atmosphere and everyone always had good energy! Coaches are so helpful and full of knowledge! Would definitely recommend! 🙂
