Iam a doctor by profession and my son was enrolled for this course,we asked for fees to be split for financial ease.
Unfortunately due to my son’s ill health(ADHD and epilepsy) he couldn’t pursue the course and has to withdraw after cooling period.
The company was informed about this well ahead with none taking any notice of it,and money is withdrawn for a second time with the student not accessing any course material-this is not even noticed by the tutors.

Iam asked to do two things so that the UniAdmissions will not take further money through Splitit withdrawal
1.Provide the most recent medical report (which I did)
2.Letter from school head that my son is incapable of making any progress in studies(How insensitive can one get!)

cash close to a 1000 pounds is taken with no lessons utilized- instead Iam given a talk on business ‘terms and conditions’ applied as a blanket with no exceptions-A sick student to whom they have no pangs /humanity-how is this company as an educational agency given registration and permission to continue,if it doesn’t consider student welfare as its end?

Apart from my son’s ill-health the company has given immense pain and distrust ,with my limited personal time ,now I have to find a lawyer to fight it-MY ADVICE/WARNING to potential students is please SKIP THIS -get a personal tutor who you know well-the site is heartlessly profit making,dangerous and that too ruthlessly.
MOST OF ALLL,THERE IS NO ONETO TRACK ANYTHING ABOUT THE STUDENT WHO ENROLLED.IT IS JUST CUNNING BUSINESS.

I used UniAdmissions for my Oxford PPE application and was able to get my offer! I would definitely recommend them for anyone who is worried about the application process and wants some extra support. I was much less stressed through the process and thought the Programme did a good job over covering everything.

Caution- DO NOT PAY Till the time you are 100% sure that you want to register. Money will not come back without going legal.

My Case
I have been chasing for my refund but till date have not received even a single response back. Am not sure what’s the reason for a no response policy UniAdmissions. Agents whom you had been speaking earlier will start avoiding messages/calls and if you happen to catch them over phone they will say its not my department. This way they will play pass the buck game. The amount is not small it is £3500/- which was paid in full and this is the way they treat once you ask for a refund following all the terms as per their refund policy

As per policy there is a 14 days cooling off period with full refund policy. My dates are as below

All the mail, proof etc. have been shared to them over email to avoid any confusions.
- 16-Dec-21 - I got the confirmation mail of my registration post transferring £3500/- to the account that was sent to us
- 20-Dec-21 – Have submitted the refund online form.UniAdmissions on the cancellation mail
- 23-Dec-21 – Re-confirmed to Harmeet on the cancellation, requesting for the full refund
- 29-Dec-21 – Chaser mail for any updates on the refund
- 05-Jan-22 – Another chaser mail for the refund
- 11-Jan-21 – one more chaser sent

So the only options left for me is to go Legal to get the money back if not returned within 4 weeks period.

I WILL COME BACK AND UPDATE, IF I GOT THE REFUND BACK OR HAD TO Go LEGAL

There are other options which are FAR MORE PROFESSIONAL so explore other options
