I’ve been here on September 23th2023, I couldn’t do my fully enrolment online, so I come to this campus as I found the address on my student email. I was greeted by the receptionist at the entrance of the building. Was a woman with dark hair, she was very rude, unhelpful and she try to kick me out of the building. I try to explain her that I needed some help with my online enrolment, but she said coz I’m an post grad student I have to do the enrolment myself. She try to tell me to leave and do it online, but using a very rude tone. I will bring this issue up on my next UWSU meeting. I hope this issue can be solve by the university as is not okay that the staff treated me poorly. So 1 star for this campus due the receptionist’s poor customer service.
