My wife and I had a duet private lesson with Uyen at her studio, it was incredible! She really is a wonderful human, who radiates joy and positivity! I started yoga with Uyen nearly a month ago and all I can say is it’s been Amazing!!

I had never done yoga before and now I can’t imagine not doing these classes! Uyen is so calming, patient and kind. There is something about her aura that makes you feel instantly calm.
In the short time I have been going I already feel calmer, more centred and less stressed.
As a beginner I would highly recommend Uyen and her classes.

I started with Uyen a month ago as an absolute beginner to yoga. I wanted to become more flexible, achieve better balance and learn to be more mindful.
Uyen has been brilliant, very positive and patient. In the month I’ve been doing I feel I’ve made good progress. I’d recommend coming to Uyen’s practice to anyone of any age.

I have been attending 1 to 1 classes with Uyen. I have done a lot of yoga and breathe work in the last 12 years intermittently. Uyen’s approach is very different from what I have experienced before but I feel the experience has been transformative. She works from a place of deep knowledge and self awareness. She has a fabulous way of interacting and pushing me out of my comfort zone with techniques that I’m new to. I would highly recommend.
