All contacts by phone and online were courteous and helpful. The pleasant car salesman showed me all the details of the car in a video, with any extra details that I had requested. A personal video was made for me after purchase showing me all the controls. Delivery was prompt and at the time stated with a very pleasant driver , who showed me the controls in person. Follow up calls after purchase and delivery were made to ensure that everything was OK. A small problem noticed was repaired promptly at the local dealership. All in all, a good experience.

I’ve been using Bristol Street Hexham for years and have usually dealt with Simon & Elliott who have both always given exceptional customer service. This time I was looked after by Dan and he was every bit as good. Nothing was a bother to him and he explained every step of my purchase so that I fully understood what was going on.
