Great facility, all the classes are fantastic here, Ellie & Phil will motivate you so you get the best workout. I would recommend for anyone looking for fitness classes or wanting to take up Taekwondo to come and give it a try.

VMA offers a range of different classes including kickboxing, kettlebells, mindfulness, yoga, Not Big Not Clever and self defense. It's a really friendly atmosphere and new people are made very welcome. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you're at, the instructors will make sure you're comfortable doing different exercises.

You can pay for classes individually, buy a block of 10 at a discount or sign up for a monthly membership which gives you unlimited classes.
