I had a great experience with Vital Physio/Eric. I was suffering with back pain and pelvic pain during pregnancy and was referred to Eric. Eric suggested acupuncture, some exercises to complete at home and also additional support items to help. Since then, I am able to cope with the pain a lot better and generally enjoying my pregnancy more. I would recommend vital physio.

I would highly recommend Eric and Vital Physiotherapy. He is clearly very experienced and has fantastic understanding of muscular systems and how they impact joints.
